Yes. I carry liability insurance and can send a certificate to your strata council or property manager before work starts.
Do you work around residents or customers?
Yes. Work is phased so entrances and walkways stay usable, and I can schedule early or on quieter days for businesses.
Do you do one-time and recurring cleans?
Both. Many properties book a yearly or twice-yearly clean to stay ahead of moss and slippery walkways, especially before the rainy season.
How do you price commercial work?
Every site is quoted individually after a look at the property, in person or from photos. You'll get a clear, written price before any work starts.
