My patio is slippery. Will cleaning help?
Yes. That slick feeling is almost always a film of algae. Pressure washing removes it, so the surface has its natural grip again. It's one of the most common reasons people call me in fall.
Do you clean stairs and steps?
Yes, concrete stairs, front steps and landings are included when you ask. They're often the most slippery spots on a property.
Do you clean wood decks?
My focus is concrete, stone and pavers. Wood needs a gentler, different process, so for wood decks I'd rather point you to someone who specializes in it.
What about the furniture and planters?
Light patio furniture and planters get moved and put back. For heavy items, it helps if they're shifted before I arrive.
