Pacific Pressure Washing ("I", "we", "us") is a sole-proprietor pressure washing business based in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. This policy explains what personal information I collect, how I use it, and your choices.

What I collect

• Information you give me: your name, phone number, email address, property address or postal code, and details about the job (for example, what needs cleaning), when you fill out the quote form on this website, submit a lead form from an ad on Facebook or Instagram, or contact me by phone, text or email.
• Photos you send: if you upload, text or email photos of your property to get a quote.
• Website usage data: basic, non-identifying information about how visitors use this site, such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. This is collected through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (see below).

How I use it

• To reply to your request, give you a quote, and schedule and complete work.
• To send invoices and follow up after a job, including asking for a review.
• To improve this website and my advertising.

I do not sell your personal information.

Analytics and advertising tools

• Microsoft Clarity records how visitors interact with this site (for example, clicks and scrolling) to help me improve it. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead ads: if you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes the information you entered to me. Meta's own handling of your data is covered by its Privacy Policy.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Sharing

I only share your information with service providers needed to run the business (such as my website host, the service that delivers this site's quote form to my email, and my email, phone and payment providers) or when required by law. I do not share it for any other purpose.

How long I keep it

I keep customer and quote information only as long as needed to provide the service, keep business and tax records, and follow up with you. After that it is deleted or de-identified.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent to follow-up messages at any time (reply STOP to any text, or email me). To do this, contact me at the details below.

I take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
